Larry K. “Jay” Shalters, III

July 29, 1992 - June 5, 2016

Jay was a kind and gentle soul.  He was willing to help anyone with any problem or difficult situation and provided a listening ear.  He was a loved grandson, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend.  He enjoyed video games as well as outdoor activities.  Jay served his country in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Lance Corporal.
