Many people struggle silently, carrying around demons from day to day, torturous thoughts and delusions of themselves. Suffering in silence all the while walking around with a smile on their face.  Let’s do something to create more awareness, to give more access to mental health services. Even the closest people to those suffering cannot always help. Help to make a change.
